Bunk Beds in Cabins and Dorms

Our main camp can sleep 118 in bunks. There are 10 cabins with 8 bunks, 4 dorms with 8 and 1 dorm with 6. The only difference between dorms and cabins is that the dorms are part of the main building whereas the cabins are in a separate block.
In the cabins and dorms we only provide mattresses, so you will need to bring all of your own bedding (including pillows) and towels.
We provide radiator heaters for the cabins and dorms as needed.

Tents

We have an area where tents can be put up. It’s close to the toilet and shower block.

Caravans

We have 8 powered-sites for caravans.

Bush Huts

For the more adventurous we have four simple cabins (three walls, a floor and a roof) where you can share the pine forest with the possums and wetas. There is one toilet and we can organise for portaloos (but that will be at your expense).

Monavale Cottages

Each of the four cottages has 2 rooms; 1 x room with two single beds and another room with two singles and 1 set of bunks (sleeping 6 in total), there is also a pull out sofa which can sleep 1 (2 at a pinch). There are two toilets/bathroom, with one of them having a shower. One of the cottages has an oven; all have microwave ovens, jugs and toasters. The beds come with pillows, duvets etc. and linen is available for an additional fee. We provide hand towels, tea towels and bathmats but you will need to bring your own towels.
