Bookings Process
- Pencil in a booking by completing a booking enquiry in the calendar below. If there is a problem, please email bookings@chosenvalley.org.nz.
- We will email you our Initial Booking Form and some camp details and hold your place for 7 days while you confirm your plans. PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNKMAIL.
- Complete and return the Initial Booking Form for your group by email. We will send you an invoice for the non-refundable booking fee and deposit and hold your place for 7 days pending payment of the invoice.
- Confirm and secure your booking by paying the invoice within 7 days. Please pay by direct credit to our account: Chosen Valley Camp Trust, 12-3110-0095374-00.
- 14-10 days prior to your arrival we will email you our final booking documents. Confirm your final numbers and requirements and we will invoice you based these.
- Pay the invoice at least three days prior to your arrival date.
- Any additional costs provided over and above the 10 Day Advance Number will be invoiced separately on completion of the camp and shall be paid within 10 days.
Making a Booking Enquiry
There are two parts of the camp: the Main Camp and the Monavale cottages. For large groups, you may need to book both parts.
- Highlight the nights you want to be at camp on one or both of the booking calendars below. Select the date you wish to check in as the first night. Do not select the date on which you check out. So, if you plan to be at camp for 2 consecutive nights, select 2 dates on the calendar.
Scroll through the calendar using the arrows at the top right and left corners to view the dates you are after. - Complete all the details required into the forms beneath the booking calendars and copy the letters into the bottom box (to prove you are a real person).
- Press SEND. You should receive an acknowledgement by email within a few minutes.
